Pricing that matches how you use it
EstatePilot is priced per agency, shaped by two things: which modules you switch on, and usage — such as per-listing charges when online bidding runs. Seats come in bands rather than being counted one by one, so nobody ends up sharing a login to save a licence. And no four-call discovery process: you get a written quote at the end of your first demo.

What shapes your price
A monthly, per-agency subscription for the modules you switch on, plus usage-based charges — a per-listing fee on Widget’s first bid, and Live Auction’s activation and commission. Your first call ends with the number, in writing.
- Start with the CRM; add modules when it suits.
- Seats come in bands — everyone gets their own login.
- Data import is part of onboarding, not a paid extra.
- The written quote separates fixed from usage-based.
- CRM
- The core per-agency subscription, billed monthly. Every plan starts here.
- Website
- A monthly add-on: a hosted agency site on your own domain, fed by the CRM.
- Widget
- A monthly add-on: embed listings, enquiries and bidding into your existing website.
- Live Auction
- Not a monthly module — priced per listing instead, through an activation charge, a commission on the completed sale, or both. Requires Widget, since auction registration runs through it.
Pricing questions
- How is EstatePilot billed?
- Monthly, per agency, in the currency your agency already invoices Irish clients in, through Stripe — covering whichever modules you have switched on. There is no published rate card: a 30-minute call on your own listings ends in a written quote that sets out the fixed monthly cost and any usage-based charges before you commit to anything.
- What does the per-listing charge attach to?
- Two things, both usage-based rather than part of the monthly subscription. The Widget adds a one-time charge the first time a listing gets a bid through it. Live Auction adds a one-time activation charge per listing you actually put up for auction, a commission on the completed sale, or both — never a monthly fee, and never charged against your whole book.
- Is Live Auction a monthly module like the CRM or Website?
- No. CRM, Website and Widget are monthly subscriptions. Live Auction is priced per listing — an activation charge, a commission on the sale, or both — and it requires the Widget module to already be active, since online bidder registration runs through it.
- What determines which modules an agency needs?
- Every agency starts with the CRM. From there, Website adds a hosted site fed by the same records, Widget embeds bidding and enquiries into a site you already run, and Live Auction switches on online and in-room auctions once Widget is active. You only pay for what is switched on.
- Does the subscription include PSRA and AML record-keeping?
- Yes — those tools are included in every plan, not sold as a separate product. EstatePilot helps your team collect, organise and retrieve the letters of engagement, offer logs and AML documents used in that work. Your agency remains responsible for its checks, decisions, policies and legal obligations. Live Auction also requires AML approval before an online paddle is issued.
