Live Auction
Bidding runs two ways on the same lot: online through the browser, or in the room on the day, with the auctioneer running both from one console. An online bidder has to clear registration and an AML check — plus a Stripe-held deposit, on any listing where you require one — before a paddle number is issued; a walk-in is registered at the door instead. Requires the Widget module, since that registration flow runs through it.
Lettings & Client Accounting
Tenancies, rent, arrears and landlord statements on the same records as the sales book, with a segregated client-funds account, bank statement reconciliation and monthly balancing.
Compliance
PSRA-shaped event logs and the AML documents your staff review, kept on the listing and client as a by-product of normal work. Your agency remains responsible for its checks and legal obligations.
